Common questions
The short answers. Every policy, in full, is one click away.
Every policyWhat should my dancer wear and bring?
Comfortable dancewear or athletic clothes, no jeans or stiff clothing. Hair tied up and out of the face, plus a labeled water bottle.
Which class fits my dancer's age?
Pick your dancer's age on Classes to see every class that fits. We start at age 3.
Can we make up a class at another studio?
Every family can book a make-up within 30 days of a missed class, in any age-appropriate class, space permitting. If your dancer will miss a class, you must tell us ahead of time: this is required, not optional.
Can we pause for a few weeks?
Holds are a Season Pass benefit. You can place a hold anytime, no advance notice needed, for up to 4 weeks.
How do sibling savings work?
When two or more members are on one account, a family discount applies automatically, no codes. The highest-priced membership is full price, the next is 10% off, and each additional is 20% off.
30-day notice to cancel
Cancelling is simple: give 30 days' notice from your portal, and on Month-to-Month there's no fee. Season Pass is a year-long commitment, so cancelling early means paying back the discount the commitment earned, nothing more.
